Glycerine and propanediol work together to moisturize the skin by enhancing each other's hydrating properties. Glycerine attracts water from the environment and deeper layers of the skin into the outer layer, helping to maintain moisture balance. Propanediol improves the skin's ability to retain moisture while acting as a solvent that enhances the penetration of other ingredients. Together, they create a more effective moisture barrier, leaving the skin feeling smooth, hydrated, and soft.
